What data we collect

  • Data submitted through the contact form: name, company name, email address, phone number and message content.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data so that we can respond to your enquiry, assess the project scope and suggest the next steps.

The legal basis is your consent, given when submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the site from abuse.

Retention period

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed for correspondence and possible cooperation, but no longer than 24 months, unless the law requires a longer period.
